I can finally reveal my panel made during Vuoto 3 in Altomonte.
In this edition of Vuoto, we wanted to end the path we started last year by creating a real permanent open-air museum. Each of the participating illustrators was assigned a random word, which had to be represented on a white panel of the size of 300 150 cm with the sole use of a black marker.
I was assigned the word Empathy (Empatia in Italian), which I decided to represent with a calligram.
Two heads looking at each other, with the word written in two different ways so as to represent two emotional personalities trying to understand each other.
